All this information goes through a lot of event production software, rendering software, accounting software and more and more software....Almost like magic, we generate the most competing cost estimate of all the event video production, sound systems, mood lighting and other elements that bring venues to life.
Step 3:
Once we have put together the audiovisual package of services, we move forward with a 50% deposit no later than 2 weeks before the event. Remaining balance due on the day of the event and this gives us flexibility to move into step 4, pre-production.

You did it! You officially have RHODES AV on your team. During this time we iron out the details of event production logistics, content displayed on screens, music selection, make any changes or adjustments to the audiovisual gear/labor requirements that will create price changes to final invoice.
